Request for Information

In accordance with Pennsylvania Right To Know Law, the Deer Creek Drainage Basin Authority passed Resolution 2008-04, to adopt its Right-to-Know policy.  This policy allows for the acceptance of written requests to gain access to public information held by the Authority. Such written requests must be submitted on the 'Right to Know Law Request Form' to the Open Records Officer.  All forms are to be delivered to the Authority's Open Records Officer, whose information is listed below.  Additional information about this law can be obtained at the PA Office of Open Records.
