PAYMENT OPTIONS
Online
Pay with credit card, debit card or bank account. Our online payment portal will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The fee to pay by credit or debit card is 2.65% of the amount charged (the minimum fee is $3.00). There is a fee of $1.50 to pay by e-Check. The Authority does not receive any part of this fee. Stop by the office at 945 Little Deer Creek Valley Road, Russellton, PA 15076. We accept cash, checks, and money orders.
Payments after normal business hours (check or money order only) can be dropped in the mail slot at the back door of the office.
Paperless Billing is now available!!
Sign up for paperless billing! Log in to your account by clicking the “Log In To My Account” button. Verify your email address in the “Email Address” box and click the “Enroll In Paperless Billing” button. An email will be sent to the email address you provided. You will need to verify this change by following the instructions in the email. If you do not complete the process within 30 minutes, the change will not take effect. Once you have opted to receive your bill by email, you will no longer receive a paper bill.
If you do not have online access to your account, click the “Register For Online Access” button and your credentials will be emailed to you within 3 business days.
